Chaney House Policies

Please add 10% room tax. All rooms are double occupancy- each additional person is $40. All room rates reflect direct booking discount. For the comfort of others - smoking outside only. Check-in after 3 PM & Check-out time 11 AM. Arrangements for late arrivals please! Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card accepted.

Regular Cancellation Policy

We require an advance payment of 50% of the total charge for your stay, or full payment for a one night reservation. The balance is due upon arrival and will be charged on that day, on the same credit card used for the advance payment, unless other arrangements are made in advance. If reservation is canceled 14 days or more in advance, we will refund the advance payment, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. If canceled closer than 14 days, we will refund (minus $25.00 fee) only if we can re-book the room for the entire stay.

Holiday Cancellation Policy

For Holiday reservations on the Christmas through New Years period, Fourth of July, Labor Day weekend and the Presidents Birthday holiday, full payment is required with no refund upon cancellation guaranteed. Upon cancellation of reservations, refunds minus $25.00 fee will be made ONLY upon re-booking the room for the full stay.

In case of road closures, reservations may be rebooked.
